Feeling lost or at loose ends when you’re not working? Break time is an opportunity to relax, to do something different.
Here are some ideas:
Notice how you’re feeling – any frustrations or other negatives floating around? Are you feeling stressed?
If so, take a Voo Break – lie down and do some Voo Breathing or just plain Vooing.

Go outside, get some fresh air. Walk in the grass or dirt with your bare feet – this is great for your nervous system.
If your work involves a screen, try to avoid screens during your break time.
Read a book or magazine.
Work on a hobby project.
Plan for something – an outing, a shopping trip, a work project.
Do anything that takes you completely away from your work for a few minutes. Preferably, something you enjoy.
